About Us Father & Sons Consultants and Developers A quality and focused Firm that strives to meet and exceed our clients expectations, was founded in 1988 by Frank Lashway Jr. and his two sons. The first project was the development of a ten acre subdivision off Mannix Road, East Greenbush known as Father & Sons Subdivision. Our original emphasis was subdivisions with environmental work. We designed many homes and small commercial structures. We then expanded into commercial project management by becoming Applebee’s local engineer and further expanding by representing the firms of Northeast Petroleum, Ortec Construction and Hardy Construction Services as their Design Engineer. Our proactive Firm has developed a broad base of experience to draw from. Our staff has extensive qualifications and experience in bridge design, traffic engineering, with both local and state governments. We also have broad base of experience in residential and commercial design as well as asbestos remediation and environmental experience right down to septic system design. We also have extensive experience in servicing the ordinary client with our Firm’s philosophy “There is no client too small to help or project too large to accomplish it in a professional manner.” We have moved into the future. We pride ourselves with providing the most innovative and effective staffing and solutions for technical and professional engineering for design and construction management.
